Decision Trees
Understanding which resources to seek out can be difficult. While many community organizations provide assistance, each has unique eligibility requirements, offered services, and scopes of responsibility. "Decision trees" help take the burden of identifying which resource is most appropriate off of the individual. These tools guide users through a series of questions, simplifying the decision-making process and ultimately determining the resource or organization that should best meet the user's needs.
MCHC has developed decision trees, available in both English and Spanish, for a variety of situations that community members may face to help direct them to appropriate local resources.
If you have a resource that may strengthen our decision trees, please submit your suggestion using our Google Form. Your contribution will be reviewed during our next routine update.
